Brad Samuels is the founder of Colour Craft Painting and the driving force behind Colour Craft Franchising. After building one of the most recognized residential and commercial painting brands in British Columbia, Brad created the franchise system to give driven entrepreneurs the tools, brand, and support to replicate that success in their own markets.
With over a decade of hands-on experience running crews, winning commercial contracts, and scaling a service business from the ground up, Brad brings a founder's perspective to every franchisee relationship. He doesn't just hand over a manual — he coaches franchisees directly, offering weekly one-on-one sessions to work through real challenges in real time.

Jared Lim
Jared Lim brings a rare combination of entrepreneurial depth and operational excellence to the Colour Craft network. He began his business career in his early 20s, launching and scaling a home service franchise that became the largest in the company's 45-year history — a track record that speaks for itself.
He later served as Partner and VP of Sales at a social enterprise, where he more than doubled revenue in his first year and helped drive 5x growth over four years. That foundation in leadership and high-performance sales teams is exactly what he brings to his Colour Craft territory in Richmond, BC.
Jared's approach is grounded in one core belief: when the team is aligned and the systems are right, results follow. He is also a strategic advisor and transformational coach for entrepreneurs and executives, bringing that same clarity and intentionality to how he builds his franchise.

GianCarlo Lies
GianCarlo Lies is the Colour Craft franchise owner in Philadelphia and the lead on U.S. franchise development. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, he studied Finance and Supply Chain Management at the University of Pittsburgh and grew up in an Italian immigrant family with deep small business roots spanning food and construction across multiple generations.
He has spent nearly a decade completing approximately 700 projects — ranging from small paint jobs to full residential and commercial renovations and additions. He also spent several years as a consultant at Deloitte, supporting state governments on upgrades to systems used to administer Medicaid, Medicare, and SNAP, and trained thousands of staff on policy and technology changes across dozens of state agencies.
What GianCarlo has learned is that the experience matters as much as the result. Clients want to feel heard, understood, and confident that the team they hired will follow through. That same philosophy extends to the team he builds — creating an environment where people can grow, achieve their goals, and take pride in the work they deliver.
